Return Policy

No returns or exchanges after 24 hours from which the order was placed. You may request a full refund sent to the method of payment used to create the order within 24 hours in which the order was created. Shipping Information

Our products are hand crafted and specially made for Royalty! Due to overwhelming order placements please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping. We appreciate your patience as our award winning chemist creates your order & thank you for you business.

Please ensure your full, complete and correct address is submitted to us prior to shipping. If your package is sent back due to insufficient address you will have to pay for shipping again to have it reshipped or incur a $19.99 re-stocking fee in the event of a refund.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays (late shipments) in the event of natural disasters, pandemics, carrier delays or carrier holidays. Please keep in mind business days and federal holidays when estimating shipping times.
