Return Policy
No returns or exchanges after 24 hours from which the order was placed. You may request a full refund sent to the method of payment used to create the order within 24 hours in which the order was created. You can initiate this type of refund by using any of the contact methods on our contact us page including calling us directly, email or social media.

At Royale Flyness, we want to ensure you have a smooth delivery experience. Here’s a quick guide on what to do if you run into any delivery issues:

Order Fulfillment Timeline:
We ship orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. If you place your order before 4:30 PM PST, we aim to have it shipped within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 72 hours of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us at info@royaleflyness.com or orders@royaleflyness.com for assistance. -
Delivery Confirmation & Missing Packages:
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier you selected at checkout (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). If the carrier updates the tracking status to “Delivered” and you haven’t received your package, we recommend that you first contact your local branch of the carrier (for example, your local USPS office) to check if they can provide more details. Sometimes packages are held at the local post office or may have been left in a secure location.
After you’ve checked with the carrier and if the issue isn’t resolved, please let us know. We’re here to help you with filing a claim if the package is lost, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
