The garment is polyester & stretches. Waist sizes are M 27”-29”, L 29-31”, XL 31-33”. It is true to size but we recommend getting a size up from normal depending upon your shape, thigh and buttock proportions. The models picture are wearing a Medium they both normally would wear a Small.

Terrible customer service

The customer service is piss poor. I placed my order on 8/22. I didn’t not receive it until 9/23. There’s no reason as to why it takes a month to receive an item that I paid priority shipping for and is being shipped domestically. I emailed you twice and no response. I DM you and you responded back a week and half later once you created the shipping label. You then went on to give me a pair underwear that are two sizes bigger than me. I’d really appreciate it if you’d refund me for the shipping cost.
