I wouldn’t know how this product is because I haven’t received it. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order on March 19th and have yet to receive it, nearly a month later. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, social media, and phone, and have received no response. While the products themselves are great, the lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I either need my order fulfilled immediately or a full refund processed. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

The product is nice, but y’all took over a week and 7 days just to fulfill my order after I paid for it. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund that y’all started shipping it out. I don’t know if y’all just irresponsible & completely forgetful, but that is totally unacceptable. I won’t be buying again
I received the balm on july1st and it wasn’t sealed the inside was like soupy and had some type of brown in it. Basically it look like it had been used.
