Never got my order

I actually love this product!! But the biggest issue I have is not that I never got my last order, but the fact that the communication is HORRIBLE. You can’t send follow up emails about an order that you never sent out. I never send reviews out like this but I’m big on communication whether it’s with people or businesses.
