Wonder where my package is I ordered it in April and still haven’t received anything and reach out numerous times
I was initially drawn to the product by a friend. I decided to order a few of the products for myself. After the initial order I did not review any notifications from the company and gave it time due to the fact that the product maybe made to order and there maybe lead times. I emailed the customer service email listed on their website TWICE and got no response. It has been over a month and I still have not received any notification or update as to where my order is that I spent close to $200.00 for.
Smell goods just in time for the summer!!!
The actual product is good but the people who run the company have very lousy communication skills. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages using the contact us link and never received one response form anybody. Then I get an email with a tracking number from the post office that had the status of “waiting for shipper” for several weeks. They don’t give an estimated delivery date or anything, No matter how good the product is, if they continue with this kind of service ignoring the customers this company will be closed soon. It takes more than a good product to sustain a company. Several ignored emails and a 4 week wait for a product is very unprofessional. It’s a good product but definitely will not order again, and I will make sure I give the people I know a heads up about how the company operates before they decide to make a purchase here
The product was a amazing. My husband loved his gift. However after ordering the almost $300 body butters I was given no expected arrival date. It arrive 3-4 weeks later, way after Christmas and there was no way to track shipping. But the money definitely left my account! The only way to contact us by email. I got no response other then a tracking notice from USPS that I couldn’t use because the seller had not shipped an item for me to track.
